Rev. Nick Shepherd
Pastor
Nick Shepherd began his ministry as the pastor of Heritage Methodist Church in July 2026, following his service as Associate Pastor at Covenant Methodist Church in Dothan. He was ordained an Elder in the Global Methodist Church in May 2026. Nick holds a Master of Divinity from SBTS and completed Course of Study at Wesley Biblical Seminary. He is passionate about preaching and exploring God’s Word, helping people grow into wholehearted followers of Jesus, and equipping them to own their place in the larger story God is telling. Nick is married to Lauren, who serves as Student Director at Covenant Methodist Church. Outside of ministry, he is an avid reader and an amateur baker.
Steve Parker
Worship Leader
Steve has been playing music with Heritage for 20 years. Steve is a wonderful musician who serves faithfully. He has a passion for the Word of God, which he expresses, not only through his words and deeds, but through his music.
At Heritage we believe that worship is a vital part of a healthy church. Music that speaks to us right where we are can bring peace to our souls and conviction to our hearts. Worship is a place of surrender and connection with the creator of all things in the midst of the weariness of life.
Dana Brantley
Childrens Director
Dana is a lifelong member of Heritage Church who has a fun and outgoing personality that she brings to the children's ministry here! She has a passion for teaching our children about the love of Jesus and a desire to see them get to know Him for themselves. Dana is married to a great guy and has a growing family. In addition to being our children's director Dana also teaches first grade here in Enterprise, which lends itself to her ability to bring love, knowledge, and truth to children of Heritage Church.
